Privacy notice

Updated October 6, 2026

This notice describes information collected through the Colony Bravo marketing website and its contact-click logger.

Contact inquiries

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, telephone number and message, to respond to your inquiry. Valid submissions are saved in a private database before an email notification is sent to connect@colonybravo.com. We record submission time, the consent wording and version, and the email handoff status.

Analytics and event logging

We may use first-party analytics and event logging to understand website usage, measure contact-button engagement, troubleshoot technical problems and protect the site from abuse. Clicking “Let’s connect” may create a server-side event record containing a random event identifier, UTC timestamp, website hostname, page path, server-observed IP address, browser and operating-system information contained in the User-Agent header, language preferences and the referring website’s hostname when available.

The IP address may identify a shared network, proxy or content-delivery service rather than the individual visitor. A click record does not tell us your name or email address, or establish that you submitted an inquiry.

Scope of this logger

The contact-click logger does not use tracking cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, cross-site advertising pixels, browser fingerprinting, precise device location, or recording of unsubmitted form entries. When available, a random click-attempt identifier held in tab-scoped session storage for up to 30 minutes links a submitted inquiry to its contact-button event. This identifier is not a persistent visitor identity. The submission records whether a click was matched, attempted but unconfirmed, not observed, suppressed by a privacy preference, or unknown. Missing events do not establish that a blocker was used. It skips click measurement when a supported browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Hosting services may separately maintain operational access logs.

Storage, access and retention

Click records and submitted inquiries are kept in private server-side tables outside the public website directory, with restricted filesystem permissions and no public viewing endpoint. They are available to authorized hosting administrators and hosting providers as needed to operate the service. This logger does not send records to advertising or visitor-identification providers. A successful click log may also trigger an internal email to connect@colonybravo.com containing all recorded event fields, including the server-observed IP address and browser details. We send the recorded IP address to ipapi.is over an encrypted connection to obtain approximate city, region, country, time zone and network information for that notification. The lookup does not send form entries or other event fields. Form-submission notifications may also include the matched click record and an approximate IP lookup for that record. Our email service providers process and store these notifications. IP-based location may describe a VPN, proxy, hosting service or shared network rather than your actual location.

No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for click records or submitted inquiries. We retain them for ongoing reporting, troubleshooting and security needs, subject to applicable legal requirements and review of whether retention remains necessary.

Questions and privacy requests

Contact connect@colonybravo.com about this notice or to request access to or deletion of information associated with you. We may need additional information to verify a request, and applicable rights and exceptions depend on your jurisdiction.

This notice is a disclosure, not consent to unrelated advertising, personal-profile matching or other optional tracking. Any future features requiring consent must obtain it before activation.
